The products on our site are ordered directly from the manufacturers when the purchase order is registered. Within a few days we receive them and in 36 / 48h they are shipped to customers by express courier.
Ordering products directly from the manufacturers allows us to always receive perfectly intact and never tried frames. It also guarantees greater sterility of the product which is touched and handled as little as possible.

Disclaimer:

All the items are well-packed to avoid damages during the shipment. Damages or losses of the parcel are rare, but they could happen. We are never responsible for Air Mail shipments once the parcel has been posted. China Post shipments are covered by insurance at no additional cost, that’s why we strongly recommend this method.

– Once Package been sent off by Courier, We are not able to Cancel the order, If you Denied/Refuse the package from the Courier, Refund is NOT an possible option.

Express Courier Shipment Rates are automatically calculated when you have ordered.

The rates include all custom duty taxes only for EU Countries: We the sender pay for them! – For other countries The tariffs do not include your country custom duties which must be paid for all goods imported from a foreign country.

The ordered products are shipped from China. All orders free shipiing, no customs fees will be charged. customs may block some packages for random checks, totally out of our control. In these cases, a payment may be requested for the management of the case. This payment is decided by the customs and cannot be attributed to FONEX.
